Are you an experienced veterinary professional with a passion for helping animals recover from injuries and chronic conditions?  Are you looking for something more rewarding than the typical general practice setting? Are you a Licensed or Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT or CVT)? We are looking for a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist to join our practice, working alongside veterinarians to provide targeted therapy that improves the mobility and well-being of our patients.

At Resurgence Veterinary Mobility (RVM), we specialize in helping pets move, heal, and thrive through expert rehabilitation and compassionate care.

We’re currently seeking a skilled, experienced veterinary technician who’s ready for a change of pace and interested in using their clinical strengths in a more focused, purpose-driven role. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with our rehabilitation-certified DVM to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

  • Performing modalities such as underwater treadmill, laser therapy, PEMF, and manual therapies

  • Educating pet families on home care exercises and progress milestones

  • Documenting progress and ensuring excellent patient experiences

  • Supporting team collaboration, innovation, and smooth day-to-day operations

We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

  • Are a Licensed or Certified Veterinary Technician with at least 2 years of clinical experience

  • Are looking for a more engaging and impactful career path in animal health

  • Are a strong communicator with an eye for detail and a calm, confident presence

  • Are comfortable taking initiative and enjoy contributing positively to team culture

  • Have or are pursuing rehab certification (CCRP, CCRA, CCRVN), or are excited to start that journey with our support
